These Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern your purchase of products and services available through aurorases.com/ (“Company Pages” or “Pages”).

The Company Pages are operated by aurorases.com (“the Company”).

Your use of the Company Pages and these Purchase Terms is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Purchase Terms by reference.

BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY PAGES, YOU AGREE TO THESE PURCHASE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION TERMS DESCRIBED IN THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Purchase Terms form a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company and are enforceable in accordance with their terms.

You agree that:

PURCHASES

  • other circumstances arise that the Company considers appropriate.

The Company also reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing your order.

You will not be charged, or will receive a refund, for orders that we do not process or cancel.

Without limiting the above, the Company reserves the right to:

(ii) correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions; and

This includes changes made after an order has been submitted, confirmed, shipped or received, except where prohibited by applicable law.

If a product or service purchased through the Company Pages does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with these Purchase Terms and our Refund and Returns Policy.

The Company Pages may include a quick-view feature for certain products.

This feature allows you to view product pricing information and add items to your cart without opening the full product page.

The quick-view and “Add to Cart” features are provided for convenience only.

The full product page contains more detailed information about product features, specifications and pricing.

Pricing Information

However, we cannot guarantee that all prices are completely accurate.

The Company reserves the right not to process or cancel orders where pricing information has been incorrectly displayed due to an error.

This information is used to estimate whether products are likely to be dispatched shortly after your order is placed.

Estimated delivery times to your Australian delivery address are generally within approximately 30 days after successful payment.

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • destination location.

Although products may appear as “in stock”, the Company cannot guarantee immediate dispatch as inventory levels may change.

In rare situations, a product may be available when an order is placed but become unavailable before processing.

Unavailable products or services may be removed from your order and removed from the Company Pages.

Special Disclaimers and Additional Responsibilities

Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to Australian consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
