Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or production has started.
If your order is cancelled successfully, a full refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once the product has already been dispatched.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Customers are only responsible for shipping costs once for their order (including return shipping where applicable).
No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.
